And they do it because they know they are responsible for helping to improve the health and quality of life for the members they transport.

It was a such a good job I got to meet so many different people I got to travel all over from Atlanta volunyeer Savannah to Brunswick Georgia so I enjoy it I always feel anything that you enjoy doing it's not really a job. The best job that I have ever had.

If you enjoy meeting new people and are considering options for volunteering, become one of our community drivers. I literally pray everday that we somehow get the contract back. LogistiCare is a multi-billion-dollar company they could at least provide Loggisticare assistance in the event of a mechanical failure.

I did in fact have a major mechanical failure and I was stranded an hour and a half away from home.

We recognize the challenges faced by our network in obtaining competitively priced insurance, so we have partnered with Sovereign Risk Solutions to ensure you have access to a noted industry specialist.

I enjoyed conversations with the people that I transported. At the end of the day,I vvolunteer great knowing that I had helped somebody. LogistiCare does not conduct the mandated training and education programs, but rather provides logisticre providers access to current materials as applicable to providing non-emergency medical transportation NEMT to Medicaid and Medicare members.

There is no protocol in place for the drivers if they have an immediate emergency such as a breakdown. And they do it because they know they are responsible for logistkcare to improve the health and quality of life for the members they transport.

Once a transportation provider is approved, all personnel must successfully complete specific training and education required by federal regulations within 90 days of contracting with LogistiCare and annually thereafter. No incentives whatsoever such as safe driving awards, free oil change certificates and gas vouchers just to name a few.

I liked the job so much that Logistcare would take trips on Saturdays also. Driving for LogistiCare means making a difference in the lives of others.

On an ongoing basis, providers must demonstrate compliance with set standards for field volunteee, performance and record keeping, as well as complaint response and reporting. We ensure that schedules are filled so they run efficiently and profitably. Why do so many providers prefer working with LogistiCare? I enjoy the job because I love transporter and I love people. I mean from the receptionist to the customer service reprensatives,to the customer service supervisor,to the office manager,to the compliance manager,to the vehicle inspector and etc.

LogistiCare is only as successful as the transportation providers in our network. To me,from a personal aspect,it was about helping the members get to and from appointments.

The mileage compensation is extremely low considering all of the dangers that come along with the job.
