Cutting Plotters : Software & Drivers

Traphtec deleted the plotter from my devices list and have tried to find the driver but all the drivers that Graphtec offer that say they will work for an FC only offer an option for an FC when I load them.

Graphtec FC5100-100 usb

I have a FC plotter that I would like to start using again. When I hit send, I get an error saying "cannot open port".
