My friend does not have the original disk, any idea where to find a driver?

Select type of offense: I upgraded a friends barely working Gateway with Vista to Win 7 Home and everything now works fine except the network card, it's a Network Everywhere NC v2 and all etherbet drivers I can find are for XP and earlier but it was working on Vista.
