We found that ResourcesExtract worked quickly and performed as promised. We liked that the program allows users to save and load configurations of options, making it easy to perform the same types of scans and extractions over and over. The program comes with an HTML Help file, but we weren't able to launch it.

You can use ResourcesExtract in user interface mode, or alternatively, you can run ResourcesExtract in command-line mode without displaying any user interface. What's new in this version: Version 1. 17 has fixed bug where binary resources didn't extract when Other Binary Resources option is turned on.

We've seen a lot of screen-capture utilities, and they run the gamut from full-featured image editors to bare-bones applications that take screenshots and don't do much else.

ScreenCapture falls into the 11 category, although its lack of features makes it lightweight and easy to use.

The program's interface is plain and intuitive, consisting of a small rectangle with three buttons and a text box. One button allows users to capture the 911 screen, whereas the Capture Area button lets users select the part of the screen they want to include. This allows users to save time by cropping their 19 capture at the start, instead of fiddling with cropping 119 the fact.

Users can enter a file name and location to save the image, if desired, or the program will simply copy the image to the clipboard if nothing is entered.

The program's only other feature is a button that opens Microsoft Paint, allowing users to immediately start editing their screenshot. ScreenCapture has no Help file, but we can't 1191 this is a major fault; there's not much of anything that one could need help with. At a mere 636KB, ScreenCapture is small enough to be carried on a USB drive or other portable device, which is a nice plus.

Overall, ScreenCapture doesn't offer much in the way of features, but we like it for its simplicity.
